Financial Assistant

Job Title: Finance Assistant Location:  Alberton Remuneration:  R180000 per year A position for a Financial Assistant became available at one of our clients based in Alberton.
Requirements: Grade 12 Diploma / degree or equivalent qualification in finance/accounting MS Office Excel (a must) 2 - 3 years' experience in a finance position Duties: Attend customers, in person or by phone, providing information or requesting support from the person responsible for the sector Assist in the development of policies and procedures suitable for the operationalization of administrative and financial activities Perform related activities, meeting requests from superiors Ensure the conservation of the company's assets (vehicles, equipment, resources and facilities) Strictly comply with all procedures, standards and specifications of the company and the client Correctly use uniforms and protective equipment provided by the company Commit to the operational goals defined together with the client Carry out financial activities characteristic of the urban distribution of beverages Make deposits and bank payments, according to the schedule of dates and management guidance Check the correctness of the Drivers, as well as control the physical-financial accountability Make entries due in the operating system of the unit Carry out an analysis of the transactions carried out, supporting the consolidation area in calculating the result Monitor Routine Management items in financial aspects, through periodic reports, seeking to achieve goals.
