is assisting an intimate and luxury Boutique Hotel to recruit a
FINANCIAL ASSISTANT / CREDITORS CLERK
Requirements
2-3 years as a Creditors Clerk or Financial Assistant. A formal financial qualification is beneficial.
Prior experience in hospitality is highly advantageous, with knowledge of POS, booking systems, and stock control software.
Highly organized with excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette skills.
Presentable and adaptable, capable of interacting with guests if needed.
Strong administrative skills, including handling petty cash, invoicing, banking, and payroll processing.
Competent in Xero Accounting, TallOrder, Microsoft Excel, and Uniclox Clocking System or similar platforms.
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Preference for candidates residing in Franschhoek or nearby, with their own reliable transport.
A strong track record with contactable references is required.
