Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the CFO in the planning and budgeting process to ensure seamless execution and accuracy.Perform monthly financial reporting tasks, including but not limited to:Submitting monthly reports into HFM (e.g., Net Invoicing, PnL, and other submissions).Reviewing financial reports with the CFO before submission to Headquarters.Provide budget holders with timely and accurate information regarding their budgets to facilitate decision-making.Qualifications and Experience:A BCom Honours in Finance (or currently studying towards honours).3 - 5 years experience in an analytical role, such as Financial Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably within the cosmetics or FMCG industries.Skills and Competencies:Advanced Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and basic automation within Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.Offering excellent benefits and fantastic work culture and environment.Benefits include: Guaranteed 13th cheque, 20 days leave, 50% contribution to medical aid, company contribution to provident fund, Death, Disability & Funeral cover paid for by company, product allocation, connectivity allowance.
