Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth equity analysis of listed companies and properties to identify investment opportunities. Perform financial modeling and valuation analysis to support investment decisions. Monitor and analyze trends in financial markets to provide actionable insights. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with the team to evaluate and manage investment portfolios. Requirements: A BCOM degree in Investment, Finance, or Accounting. A postgraduate qualification (Honours or CFA Level 1 and above). A minimum of 2 years experience in equity analysis or related fields. Solid understanding of financial markets and listed companies/properties. Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and analytical tools. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
