The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Gather and analyse financial data from various sources to identify trends and insights. Maintain financial databases and ensure data integrity. Prepare detailed financial reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and variances. Present findings and recommendations to senior management. Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget. Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with financial goals. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Support internal and external audits as needed. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, or related roles. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and data analysis tools. Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is a plus.
