A 4-month temporary position for a Financial Analyst position became available at one of our clients based in Hartswater Northern Cape.Requirements:Grade 12Diploma / degree or equivalent qualification in finance/accountingMS Office Excel (a must)2 - 3 years experience in a finance positionDuties:Attend customers, in person or by phone, providing information or requesting support from the person responsible for the sectorAssist in the development of policies and procedures suitable for the operationalization of administrative and financial activitiesPerform related activities, meeting requests from superiorsEnsure the conservation of the company's assets (vehicles, equipment, resources and facilities)Strictly comply with all procedures, standards and specifications of the company and the clientCorrectly use uniforms and protective equipment provided by the companyCommit to the operational goals defined together with the clientCarry out financial activities characteristic of the urban distribution of beveragesMake deposits and bank payments, according to the schedule of dates and management guidanceCheck the correctness of the Drivers, as well as control the physical-financial accountabilityMake entries due in the operating system of the unitCarry out an analysis of the transactions carried out, supporting the consolidation area in calculating the resultMonitor Routine Management items in financial aspects, through periodic reports, seeking to achieve goals.
