Registered CA(SA) essential  Salary negotiable plus benefits Min Requirements Qualified CA(SA) - Chartered Accountant 3-5 years experience as a CA(SA) from a similar industry.Financial Risk Management experiencePrivate Equite / Capital Venture / Investment Analyzing experience Writing and communications skills Min Responsibilities Oversee Financial Modelling and reviews of cost centre and fianncial data - Excessive Financial Reporting and Date reviews Financial Risk Management dutiesAssist with revenue forecasting (specifically non-transaction and Institutional revenue)Identifying risks and opportunities related to revenueMarket analysisCash & working capital forecastingAnalyse current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancementConsistently analyse financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reportsWriting of reports: Prepare detailed financial reports, investment memorandum, and market research presentations to support deal evaluation and investment decisions.Internal analytics and comparative analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis and comparative benchmarking of potential investments, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to inform investment strategies.Capital raising: Assist in the preparation of investor materials, financial presentations, and due diligence packages for capital raising efforts, supporting senior team members in managing investor relationships.
