The Liberty Group Agency in Randburg is currently sourcing Financial Advisers with the passion and drive to excel in the Financial Services Industry.
Accountabilities: Prospect for new clients on a daily basis Conduct a detailed financial needs analysis and provide professional financial advice Create and protect the financial security and wealth of others Achieve sales targets as set out by Liberty Build long-term relationships with clients Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 a Business/Financial planning degree will be preferred SA citizen (no work permits ) Clear credit record, with no criminal record Valid drivers licence Own reliable transport Own laptop Further to meeting all the minimum requirements, the following criteria would be essential: Entrepreneurial mind-set ( must be able to work independently ) Exceptional Interpersonal skills An established network of clients and ability to prospect for new business Sales ability Tenacity Effective planning, organising and time management skills Computer literacy Even if you do not have industry experience, our comprehensive training programme and on-going mentoring, will provide you with the knowledge and skills to be successful.
