We offer flexibility and follow a hybrid workplace model. Our advisors are supported by an in-house dedicated team of administrators and para-planners.ResponsibilitiesAs a financial advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning, offering expert advice on finance, retirement planning, investment, and financial advisory services.You will work closely with clients to develop customized solutions to meet their financial goals and objectives.RequirementsHave a thorough understanding of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) Act and Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA).Regulatory examination successfully completed and registered with Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) for more than 24 months.Excellent knowledge of financial planning principles and investment strategies.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients.Passionate about providing the best financial services and advice to clients.Ability to maintain and develop relationships with clients and communicate complex financial advice.Minimum of 3-5 years DOFA and supervision completion.Competitive remuneration packages with company benefits.Fast-paced work environment.Employee-centric practices.Remote working conditions (hybrid teams).Employee recognition and appreciation initiatives.
