Job Summary Provide specialist advise and support for day-to-day work, in order to execute predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Job Description Administration: Effectively fulfil all required administrative duties, including tracking and reporting.Customer Experience: To provide service excellence and achieve customer satisfaction.Compliance and Risk Management: Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards.Education Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required).
