Fruitways is an agri-business that specialises in the growing, packing and marketing of apples and pears to retailers, traders and wholesalers around the globe.
FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATORReporting to the Sales Accountant, you will work at the Fruitways Marketing Office in Somerset West and provide administrative and financial support to the sales team.
The ideal candidate needs to be a self-disciplined individual who is focused on producing high quality, detailed-orientated work.
Responsibilities:Accurate and timeous processing of customer account salesCommunicate with customers on the status of their accountsEnsure service provision invoices are settled within agreed termsReconciling customer accounts on volume, price, and costsMonitor cost and sales reports and report on deviationsProvide occasional support to the larger Sales Administration teamRequirements:B.Com or similar tertiary qualification and administration experience in the fruit industryKnowledge of QX system will be advantageousComfortable working with various operating systemsAbility to maintain complete and accurate records in a fast-paced environmentProfessional written and verbal communication skills.The Fruitways Group's employment equity requirements will be considered in evaluating candidates.
