Financial Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Administrator to join a dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property financial management and a strong background in MDA systems, advanced Excel, and tenant billing processes.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee tenant billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Handle municipal billing sheets and liaise with municipalities on related matters.
Process and manage supplier invoices and creditor accounts.
Generate payments for suppliers and creditors with precision.
Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Utilize MDA software for financial management tasks and reporting.
Conduct advanced Excel tasks.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property financial administration.
Proficiency in MDA property management software.
Advanced Excel skills Strong knowledge of tenant billing processes and municipal billing procedures.
Experience with creditor management and supplier invoice processing.
Familiarity with VAT returns and related compliance.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
