Financial Administrator

Key Responsibilities:Daily processing of all cash books using excel and Xero accounting packagesCapture supplier and customer invoices and corresponding general journal entriesAnalyse financial reports, to ensure no errors or discrepanciesCapture VAT returns and manage SARs EfilingProduction of weekly cash flow statementsAdministration of investment portfoliosCompilation and timely submission of Management AccountsProcess payments to suppliers and preparation of monthly paymentsMaintain a fixed asset register (depreciation and disposals )Compile documents for annual audit filesAssist in preparation of budgets and budgetary controlRequirements: National Diploma / Certificate in Bookkeeping (preferred but not required, if sufficient relevant experience)Previous experience in an administrative finance roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficient in Excel and Xero accounting softwareExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentProfessional client interaction skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize in response to changing workload, often under pressureCapability to work independently with little supervisionGood telephone manner, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy.
