Financial Administrator - Cape Town

Details of the offer

Large Hotel in Cape Town is looking for a Financial Administrator.
Responsibilities:

Processing invoices
Balance supplier statements to supplier accounts
Communicate with managers on all levels
Maintain set standards
Must be able to work under pressure
Must be able to work independently and effectively in a team
Verify bank deposit slips against total deposits
Stock control
Spot checks on petty cash / floats
Prepare payments

Requirements:

Matric & a formal qualification
At least 3 years' experience
Hospitality industry in a similar position would be an advantage
Must have creditors and debtors background
Must have accounting experience.
Willing to work flexible hours when needed
Fully computer literate
