Candidate Requirements:Matric minimum2-3 years experience in the Hospitality Industry is a MUSTTertiary education would be an advantageSolid interpersonal skillsValid RSA IDA dynamic individualSkills needed, such as problem solving, team player, flexible and excellent communication & organisational skillsPresentable AppearanceMust have a good command of the English language with good writing skills.MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE of the following programmes;Microsoft Office inclusive of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, advanced Excel knowledge is critical,Knowledge of CRM & Hospitality Reservations / PMS systems would be greatly beneficial,Current systems being used include NEBULA, APEX, OPERA, ERES.Duties & Responsibilities:Compilation & management of the day-to-day sales,Marketing & financial information databases & reports,Assist in the development and maintenance of information intelligence over all aspects of the business,Collecting and generating intelligence from multiple sources such as eRES, OPERA, Apex & other Hospitality Platforms,Isolate, analyse and report on vital information in a timely manner that is used to direct business decisions,Data entry into databases, spreadsheets or word processing programs, working with client data & financial records, sales information or market intelligence,Basic bookkeeping requirements as support for the finance team.Salary:Salary negotiable within reason & dependent on experience and qualifications,5% Provident, Medical aid for individual only.
