We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Financial Administration Manager. As a Financial Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
Analysing every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.
What you'll do: Operationally assisting all areas of the business in financial DecisionsUpdate and maintain fixed asset register with all assets purchased with correct asset tag numbersCalculate depreciation per category of assets and process entries monthly Process salaries cashbook and balance bank reconciliationEnsure all month end journals are processed Raise all monthly provisionsFinalise trial balance and complete balance sheet reconciliation Approve vat 201 forms to be submitted to SARSPrepare provisional tax forms the company and submit twice a year on time Assist in completing the ITR14 form and submit to SARS once reviewed by CFO Assist company with all SARS queriesTaking ownership of the finance department and identifying and adress shortcomings be it in the people and systemsYour expertise: Function related experience:8 to 10 yearsLeading teams:8 to 10 yearsProject experience:8 to 10 yearsOther experience:Experience in the preparation and finalisation of accounts in accordance with currentSouth African regulationsAble to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being usedA solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principlesWorking knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulationsKnowledge of strategic and financial planning including activity costing, benchmarking,Experience in budget preparation and reportingExceptional Attention to Detail and a high standard of work ethicMust be deadline drivenMust able to work under pressureExcellent MS officeMust demonstrate:AdaptabilityAnalytical ThinkingCommunicationCustomer ServiceDecision MakingInitiativeStress ManagementTeam WorkQualifications: Qualified Accountant (B.
