Financial Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance & Accounting Supervisor to lead our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial systems, ensuring accurate reporting, and driving financial objectives. This role also involves managing the full financial function of the company, up to the final trial balance, while fostering a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.Monitor revenue and expenses to meet financial objectives.Manage the company's full financial function, from transaction recording to final trial balance.Lead and motivate the finance team, ensuring adherence to people management practices.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.In-depth understanding of financial reporting and SARS regulations.Proficiency in Sage Pastel and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Valid driver's license and own vehicle.Strong leadership and communication skills.
