Financial AccountantLocation: Durbanville, Western CapePurpose of Position:Support the Financial Director and Financial Manager by handling company and landlord/client financial, accounting, and other administrative duties and functions.Key Responsibilities:CA or similar qualification.Property management/administration experience is desirable.Experience in accounting functions.Technically strong with knowledge of IFRS.Experience in preparing financial statements, management accounts, budgets, and annual financial reports.High level of competencies and skills required: time management, ability to work independently, attention to detail, strong communication (verbal & written), well-organized, problem-solving, analytical, financial acumen, managerial.Proficiency with MDA software is desirable.Computer literate (MS Office) with strong Excel skills.
