Accountant PositionSalary: R 40 000 PM CTCLocation: Office based positionCompany: Well established international concern that supplies machinery for the Mining and Construction industry.Qualifications and Experience:BCom Accounting Degree3 – 4 years experience in a similar environment (construction and mining companies)Deal with both Namibian and South African subsidiaries (Accounting and Financials)SAP B1 experienceSound knowledge of IFRSDuties:Responsible for the full accounting functionTrial BalanceCompile management statement weeklyResponsible for cashbook, debtors, creditors, costing and revenue analysisSubcontractors reconciliationsPayment of creditors and salariesDepreciation of assetsReconciliations of VAT account and import VAT accountPreparation of taxPreparation of all NAMRA tax returnsProduct costing (BOM calculation and verification)Identifying cost saving initiativesCash flow planning and managementRequirements:Valid driver's license & own vehicle essentialSalary: Offered to successful applicant will depend on qualifications and experience.Application Process: Only applicants that meet the above requirements will be considered.
