Financial Accountant (JB4896) Randburg Market Related Lyceum is seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to manage daily financial operations and ensure the financial health of the institution.

Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (essential).
Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are advantageous.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Financial Accountant role, ideally within the education or services sector.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting: Oversee daily accounting tasks, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually) in line with regulatory standards.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Support annual budget preparation and assist with financial forecasting.
Tax Compliance: Ensure timely filing of tax returns and adherence to relevant tax laws.
Auditing: Collaborate with auditors and prepare necessary documentation for audit processes.
Related Financial Functions: Manage credit control and collections.
Handle debit orders and reconciliation of transactions.
Process cancellations and refunds accurately and efficiently.
Support other financial tasks as required.
