Requirements:Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (essential). Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are advantageous.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Financial Accountant role, ideally within the education or services sector.Key Responsibilities:Financial Accounting: Oversee daily accounting tasks, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries.Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually) in line with regulatory standards.Budgeting and Forecasting: Support annual budget preparation and assist with financial forecasting.Tax Compliance: Ensure timely filing of tax returns and adherence to relevant tax laws.Auditing: Collaborate with auditors and prepare necessary documentation for audit processes.Related Financial Functions:Manage credit control and collections.Handle debit orders and reconciliation of transactions.Process cancellations and refunds accurately and efficiently.Support other financial tasks as required.
