Financial Accountant

The Financial Accountant will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial data, managing account reconciliations, and preparing financial reports. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong accounting background, who thrives in dynamic settings. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with regulatory requirements. Account Reconciliations: Conduct and review balance sheet reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting process and assist with financial forecasting. Audit and Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Expense Analysis: Monitor expenses and conduct variance analyses to provide insights for cost control. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional qualification (e.g., SAICA, ACCA, or CIMA) is advantageous 3 years of relevant accounting experience, with a strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
