Financial Accountant

Duties:Manage and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.Oversee export-related financial transactions, including foreign exchange, duties, and taxes.Coordinate with international clients, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for export operations.Ensure the timely reconciliation of accounts and the resolution of discrepancies.Provide support during audits and regulatory inspections.Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and international trade regulations. Qualifications & Skills:BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting, with a strong preference for export-related experience.Solid understanding of export processes, international trade, and foreign currency management.Completed articles is an advantage.Salary: R450 000 AnnuallyJob Reference #: 1146918
