If this sounds like you, send me your CV!Responsibilities:Ensure accurate processing of expenses to correct General Ledger accountsCreate new ledger accounts in the General LedgerPrepare journal entriesPerform intercompany reconciliationsMaintain and updating the Fixed Asset RegisterPreparing fixed asset purchase approval documentsOverseeing the full creditor's functionResponsible issuing of purchase orders for approved ordersDaily capturing of bank transactionsPrepare bank reconciliations, petty cash, VAT inventory reconciliationsPrepare and submit the VAT201Manager monthly analysis of fleet cards and allocation of fuel costAssist with the preparation of supporting documents for relevant SARS auditsAssist with audit file preparation for both internal and external auditorsRequirements:Completed SAICA or SAIPA articlesBCom degree in Accounting or FinanceA minimum of 2 -3 years' experience in an accounting roleExperience with Microsoft Dynamics Nav (advantageous)Computer literate with experience in MS Office and MS Excel intermediary to advance levelPlease note if you have not heard from us in 2 weeks from application, please consider yourself unsuccessful - please do continue to follow us online and apply for suitable roles.
