Financial Accountant

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full accounting functions of the business and assisting the financial manager daily. Duties and Responsibilities:Collect, analyse and summarise account information from various subsidiariesCapture financial information provided by various subsidiariesPerform financial reconciliations, including but not limited to bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliationsTax computations and co-ordinating information between subsidiaries and tax consultantsConduct month-end and year-end proceduresPrepare monthly reports, such as but not limited to Balance Sheet and Income StatementsAccount for intra-group transactions and eliminationsSkills and Qualifications:BCom Accounting Degree3 years in an accounting roleExposure in a financial services space would be advantageousSage Evolution would be ideal
