As the Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of the F&B and hotel outlets, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting, and guaranteeing the precision, timeliness, and completeness of financial performance data. You will also oversee productivity, payroll expenses, and stock control procedures while integrating group standards and adhering to legal and tax requirements. You will plan audits, prepare board packs, tax reports, and annual financial statements, and implement control mechanisms to mitigate financial risks. Collaboration with managers will be essential to ensure effective cross-departmental communication, provide financial updates, and address identified risks and recommendations.This role as a Financial Accountant will allow you to manage financial reporting, audits, and compliance, developing critical skills that can open doors to more senior roles such as Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or even CFO.RequirementsB.
