We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to manage and oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in reporting.

Key Responsibilities:Reconcile all accounts to maintain accuracy and ensure compliance with regulations.Develop and enhance financial reporting systems, accounting procedures, and internal controls for optimal financial management.Prepare accurate monthly management accounts while meeting strict reporting deadlines.Manage financial accounting processes, including the preparation of precise monthly statutory returns.Reconcile General Ledger accounts and ensure sub-modules align with the trial balance.Maintain and review the companys asset registers, ensuring accuracy and conducting annual reviews.Oversee year-end processes, including timely financial year-end report submissions and support for external audits.Lead the budgeting process and deliver regular operational expenditure reports.Manage and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring accurate processing, payment approvals, and timely releases.Administer internal billing and group reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and preventing errors.Oversee property-related accounting activities and maintain meticulous records.Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safeguard financial data in collaboration with the IT department.Prepare financial reports and offer strategic insights to guide decision-making.Mentor and guide financial clerical staff to promote professional growth and high performance. Qualifications and Experience:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (BCom required).At least 7 years of relevant experience in a financial accounting role.Strong knowledge and expertise in financial systems, reporting, and controls.Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting tools.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
