Financial Accountant

Support the Finance Manager in the financial aspects of the company to provide a cost-effective service in accordance with company policies, objectives, and goals that satisfy the needs of the customer.
Plan, direct and action Divisional accounting activities by performing the following duties:
Compliance with the group standardPreparation of accounts, financial planning, and budgetingKey Job Functions:Management of working capitalDaily review of financial data accuracy and management of operational marginsRelevant and timeous management information and budgetingManage creditorsManage cash flow forecastsCosting of business transactionsReporting on results of all activities and variancesMonthly audit file completion and dealing with auditorsManagement of internal controls and proceduresSet up SOP's and controlsBudgets and monthly management accounts completionPeople management and developmentComply with all statutory requirementsSystem DevelopmentWorking capital reportsRequirementsEducationMatric – Grade 12ExperienceMinimum 5-7 years' experience working in a similar role.3 years of administration experiencePrevious experience in logistics would be advantageous Experience in Financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial software systems Join Steinweg to ensure our services exceed client expectations.
