We strongly believe that our diversity is a key driver of innovation and performance.PurposeThis role ensures financial data integrity and provides and analyzes financial information that allows sound business and strategic decision-making.Key MissionsData Quality & Master Data Management: Ensure data quality in both local and division-level financial systems. Collect, validate, and maintain financial Master Data, either directly or through coordination with the Master Data team, ensuring correct analytical allocations (e.g., project, department, product, Business Line).Stakeholder Collaboration: Collect information from internal stakeholders to ensure data completeness and accuracy, addressing financial hierarchy maintenance.Financial Reporting: Maintain, prepare, and deliver scorecards and standard reports. Prepare monthly financial presentations for the Management team and analyze trends across key Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet indicators, such as revenue, OPEX, COGS, DSO, Inventory, and CAPEX.Variance & Budget Analysis: Perform variance analysis with comments compared to budget and last year's data, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders. Collect, consolidate, and load data to support budget and forecast preparation within the specified scope.Long-term Financial Planning: Contribute to the 3-Year Plan and assist in consolidating data and assumptions for long-term financial planning.Business Case Preparation: Collect data from operations or product lines and prepare business cases for investment committees, particularly for CAPEX and R&D initiatives.Ad Hoc Analysis & Report Development: Perform ad hoc analyses and design new reports and financial analyses to address business needs, sharing insights with finance and business partners.Budget/Forecast Monitoring: Prepare, monitor, and analyze budget/forecast/VCP performance against baselines, identifying and reporting on variances.Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge:Have a strong understanding or experience with BBBEE requirements.Experience managing regulatory requirements, dealing with regulators and auditors.Knowledge of FX control policies and practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Proven experience in financial accounting, data quality assurance, and financial reporting.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and present findings.Familiarity with financial systems and financial Master Data management.Proficiency with Excel and financial software.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.Profile & Other InformationBy choosing to work at IDEMIA, you will join a unique tech company, offering a wide range of growth opportunities.
