Financial Accountant

As the Financial Accountant you would be responsible for: Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and support business objectives. Provide insights on financial performance to management and assist in the preparation of financial statements. Job Skills and Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and professional accounting qualification (CA(SA)). Minimum of 3 years experience in a financial accounting role, ideally within the FMCG sector. Strong proficiency in accounting software (SAP experience advantageous) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
