Financial Accountant

My client a market leader in the manufacturing industry is seeking an Accountant to be part of their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be required to have 5 years of experience as an accountant in a manufacturing industry performing full accounting functions and overseeing the debtors and creditors department and ensuring accurate recording of financial information and timely reporting. Duties and Responsibilities: Preparation annual budgets and forecastingReviewing monthly trial balance and preparing monthly management reports.Dividend tax returnsMonthly calculations and reconciliationsInvoicing to clientsPreparation of quarterly financial reportsWeekly cash flow preparationLiaise with business partners in respect of monthly management reports and cashflowsStock control, stock calculations, opening and closing of stock, WIP, BOMPerform monthly stock take with operations and utilize results in monthly reporting Skills and Qualifications: Bcom Accounting degreeArticles would be advantageous5 years of commercial exposure in a manufacturing environment /Syspro is essential !!
