Financial Accountant

Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS.Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.Collaborate with internal and external auditors.Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.Support senior management with financial reporting and strategic planning.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) with a focus on Accounting.Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA) is preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial accounting role.Experience in the mining industry is essential.Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).Advanced Excel skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Apply Now!
