Our client is seeking a dedicated Financial Officer to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the companys finances are managed effectively and in line with fundamental financial principles.Key Responsibilities:Asset Management: Maintain and update the asset register, ensure accurate monthly depreciation, and manage asset insurance.Audit Support: Assist in ensuring smooth, timely audits and contribute to BBBEE compliance.General Administration: Manage creditors, debtors, petty cash, and bank accounts; compile monthly expense reports; and handle payroll reconciliations.Treasury Management: Oversee treasury functions and ensure effective financial operations.Performance Reporting: Deliver monthly management accounts, reconciliations, and ad-hoc reports.Collaboration: Support team members responsibilities during their leave periods and contribute to a cohesive work environment.Qualifications and Experience:A tertiary qualification in Finance or related field.35 years of relevant experience.Proficiency in MS Office and Pastel.Strong numerical and time management skills.Attention to detail with excellent communication abilities.Requirements:Completed Bcom degree.Ownership of a smart mobile phone (a non-negotiable requirement for communication purposes).This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values integrity, proactive problem-solving, and team collaboration.
