Duties & Responsibilities:Key Responsibilites:Maintain accurate financial records, receipts, and invoicesProcess and Transfer paymentsEnsure compliance with tax and regulatory requirementsImplement and manage accounting automation toolsHandle accounts payableAssist with tax preparation and filingManage company insurance claimsReconcile accounts including payroll.Provide financial insights to support business decisionsOrganise staff uniforms and stationeryDesired Experience & QualificationDegree/Diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field (Auding)Minimum 2-3 years of experienceProficiency in accounting software (Pastel)Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practicesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and high level of accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
