Financial Accountant

Company based in Fourways, Gauteng is looking for a dynamic financial accountant who is qualified, fluent with Sage Accounting, and can work independently. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans. Candidates must reside within a 30-minute drive from the Fourways Area, be able to drive to the workplace, and have a valid driver's license.The following is the minimum criteria for this position:Minimum Tertiary Degree in Accounting (Degree or Diploma only).Fluent in Sage Pastel Accounting Software.Fluent in Sage Pastel Payroll Accounting Software.Fluent in Microsoft Excel.Able to work on SARS E-Filing.Must be able to compile monthly management accounts for all entities of the group.Must be able to capture all invoices, debtors, and creditors onto Sage, and reconcile debtors and creditors to balance with month-end statements of creditor and debtor accounts.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including Teams.Must provide 2 (two) references from previous employers.Job Type: Full-timePay: R40,000.00 - R45,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:Fourways, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Diploma (Required)Experience:SAGE Accounting software: 3 years (Required)Language:English and Afrikaans (Preferred)Application Deadline: 2024/09/10Expected Start Date: 2024/10/01
