If so, apply today!Job Description:Forward bi-weekly age analysis to the Head of Finance and relevant Department managersReport and escalate critical issues and variancesManage the month-end process and conduct pre-checks for internal reviewsFixed asset register maintenanceCompile monthly internal review files with commentary for submissionDrive efficiencies and ensure accountabilitySupport the general ledger process and post journal entriesCompile VAT reports and prepare supporting files for submissionAssist with monthly, quarterly and annual reportsPrepare weekly bank account reconciliations and submit to management for reviewConduct monthly bank reconciliations at month-endMonthly revaluation of creditors and debtorsProcess and load OPEX-related paymentsCalculate and post monthly journal entriesCapture ad hoc and HR invoices to supplier accountsReconcile creditors statementsSkills & Experience:3-5 years of experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge and experience on IFRS reportingAbility to drive accounting processes and provide complete and accurate reportingQualification:Relevant Finance or Accounting degreeGrade 12 (Matric)Contact JENELLE COOKSON on 021418 1750, quoting the Ref: CTF019765.
