Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Oversee audits, both internal and external, and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
Provide financial insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax-related matters.

Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) designation.
Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in the Mining and Energy sector.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
