Cedar Wood Recruitment is now recruiting for our client based in Johannesburg, Northriding for a Financial Accountant/Bookkeeper
Level: Junior Management
Salary negotiable (Based upon experience and qualifications) - Provident Fund
Requirements
Relevant Finance Qualification - Must have relevant 5 to 8 years' experience solid track record working as a Financial Accountant or Bookkeeper
- Payroll Experience ESSENTIAL
- Sage Evolution Experience ESSENTIAL
- Must have a valid driver's licence, own transport advised
- Must be prepared to travel if required by the company.
- MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook)
- Advanced - Reliable, Ethical, Confidentiality driven, Motivated, Honest, Passionate - Valid RSA ID
Duties /Responsibilities
- Management of accounts
- Financial reporting, monthly and annually, to CEO and Board Level
- Creditors, Debtors, Reconciliations and Cash Management
- Financial Policies, procedures and all internal controls
- Cash Flow forecasting
- Payroll for total staff complement when necessary
- Statutory submissions - Year End Audits
- Annual Budgets - As the Financial Accountant/Bookkeeper, your previous experience includes, but is not limited to heading up finance, as a self-driven individual with very little financial supervision. You should be commercially astute with strong leadership qualities
