Financial Accountant (Accounting Firm)

We are a reputable accounting firm that offers a range of accounting services to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled financial accountant to join our team.
Job Description:
The Financial Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial records of our clients, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date. This includes compiling financial statements and interim management reports and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts up to final trial balance. The Financial Accountant will also assist with financial analysis and reporting, and other client services.
Responsibilities:

Compiling and analysing financial statements for clients, including balance sheets and income statements
Maintaining up to date accounting records for clients
Providing financial analysis and management reports to clients
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
SAIPA or SAICA registered beneficial
Completed articles
3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in an accounting firm
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
