Finance Trainer & Project Manager (Newly Qualified Chartered Accountant) - 12 Months Period

Our client is seeking a Finance Trainer & Project Manager for a 12 months period.
The position is based at their Midrand offices.
Looking for a candidate who is fluent in English with the below specifications:
12 month contractNewly qualified Chartered Accountant OR SAIPA / CIMA registered with 5 years' experience (need to have completed studies)Solid academic recordFirst time passers for both board exams (if CA) Role Context The person will be responsible for all learning and development aspects within finance department by working closely with HR and Finance management.
The person will coordinate all training interventions and support with the development of job aids, as required by heads of department.
This role will also be responsible to co-ordinate certain financial & people activities required by management across the department.
Travel may be required.
In addition this role will be responsible for performance improvement within Finance to drive standardization, efficiencies and effectiveness across the department (which includes system, process, data and people related projects).
This will incorporate project management of local and global projects, including reporting to FMT monthly on key projects and focus areas.
