Finance Specialist

Job Description: You, the successful candidate, will be responsible, yet not limited to the following duties: Product Development Strategy: Work closely with development and product teams to integrate accurate and efficient financial workflows into the transact module, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and export industry regulations User-Focused Design: Perform market and user research to uncover challenges in financial processes within the fruit trade, improving the module to provide smooth, automated workflows for users Financial Operations Expertise: Use industry-specific accounting knowledge to create robust features for reconciliation, invoicing, account sales, and managing accounts receivable/payable Internal Controls and Compliance: Implement and oversee internal controls to enhance compliance, support audits, and reduce financial risks Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the key liaison for stakeholders, including export agents, service providers, and regulators, ensuring alignment on compliance, documentation, and reporting needs Skills & Experience: Fruit export industry experience nonnegotiable Regulatory compliance knowledge Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field Contact CHANEL STEENKAMP on
