We're seeking a Finance Assistant who is proficient in Xero, with experience managing sales and credit ledgers.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to building a long-term career in the property sector.Key ResponsibilitiesCIS and Reverse VAT Management: Process and manage CIS and Reverse VAT transactions to maintain compliance.Xero Accounting: Ensure accurate financial records, focusing on sales and credit ledgers.Financial Transactions: Record, process, and reconcile daily financial activities.Ledger Management: Oversee sales ledger, credit control, and payment processing with precision.Reporting & Reconciliations: Prepare monthly financial reports, reconcile accounts, and support month-end close.Client & Supplier Coordination: Manage account queries and statements with clients and suppliers.Qualifications & ExperienceMandatory:2–3 years of finance experience with Xero.In-depth knowledge of CIS and Reverse VAT.Proficient in managing sales and credit ledgers.Beneficial:Background in the maintenance or property management sector.Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.Self-driven, with a dedication to long-term career growth.
