Duties: Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Ensure the reports are accurate, timely, and comply with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.Manage and coordinate the year-end closing processes, including the preparation of annual financial statements and facilitating external audits.Supervise financial accounting and treasury operations, ensuring proper controls and processes are in place for cash flow management, banking, and liquidity planning.Provide clear direction, set performance goals, and drive efficiency in reporting and accounting functions.
Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:Chartered Accountant CA(SA)Experience:At least 8 years of post-articles experience and extensive knowledge of consolidations.
You must have worked with a book of at least R 1 billion in revenue or assets.Proven leadership skills with prior management experience, including managing teams, overseeing performance, and ensuring the development of junior staff.
