Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Assistant with a dual focus on HR and Admin tasks. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts while also contributing to human resources and administrative functions. Background in Finance and Accounting Recruitment is preferable.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing Support:
Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to support decision-making.
Collaborate to create compelling content and promotional materials.
Maintain and update customer databases and assist in lead generation.
Cold-calling potential prospects.
Reach-outs and follow-ups to potential prospects.
Ability to speak to Senior Finance people about the value proposition.
Excellent performance-related bonuses.
Human Resources:
Support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Coordinate training programs and workshops for staff development.
Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Administrative Tasks:
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Manage communication channels and handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in Sales and Marketing support.
Basic understanding of HR processes and administrative tasks.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite as well as LinkedIn.
Excellent Orator.
