As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Finance Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team. As a Finance Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on identifying and placing top-tier finance professionals in roles that align with their expertise and career aspirations. You will work closely with both clients and candidates, offering consultative advice and tailored recruitment strategies that ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, gaining a thorough understanding of their recruitment needs, organizational culture, and industry challenges. Candidate Acquisition: Proactively source, assess, and engage high-caliber finance professionals through a variety of channels including headhunting, job boards, professional networks, and referrals. Interview & Assessment: Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' technical expertise, professional experience, and alignment with client requirements, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the finance sector, leveraging market insights and industry knowledge to build a strong client base. Be a hunter. Offer Management: Negotiate employment offers, ensuring both client and candidate expectations are met, and manage the entire process from offer through to placement. Market Expertise: Stay informed of developments within the finance sector, including changes in regulations, salary trends, and industry innovations, to provide informed guidance to clients and candidates. Relationship Building: Maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with candidates and clients by providing exceptional aftercare, ensuring both parties are satisfied post-placement. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on finance roles, or strong industry-specific knowledge gained through working within the finance sector. Finance Expertise: Deep understanding of key finance functions, including but not limited to accounting, audit, tax, financial planning & analysis, and treasury. Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and build strong professional relationships at all levels. Results-Oriented: A driven individual with a proven track record in recruitment or sales, capable of meeting and exceeding targets within a fast-paced environment. Negotiation & Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage expectations, resolve challenges, and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes. Professionalism: A high level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity when dealing with clients and candidates. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, while maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail. Qualification: Bachelors degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.
