Our clients range from innovative fintechs and private equity firms to global investment banks, and we specialize in placing the best finance professionals where they can thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to client management.Build and nurture relationships with clients in the financial sector, understanding their hiring needs.Source, screen, and interview top-tier finance candidates (e.g., CFOs, analysts, accountants, and financial controllers).Use market intelligence to advise clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent strategies.Negotiate job offers between clients and candidates to ensure a successful placement.Meet and exceed revenue targets through proactive business development and account management.RequirementsProven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally in finance or professional services.A deep understanding of financial markets and the roles within them.Strong business acumen with a knack for spotting opportunities and closing deals. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skillsBe a hunter.
