Deliver consultative support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both. Achieve and exceed recruitment targets, actively contributing to the growth of SydSens finance recruitment division. Skills and Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in finance recruitment, with a strong understanding of the financial job market. Demonstrated experience in 360 recruitment consulting , with proven success in client management and candidate placement. Excellent communication and negotiation skills , with the ability to influence and manage client expectations. Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates, fostering long-term partnerships. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment environment . Familiarity with employment regulations and best recruitment practices, particularly in the finance industry .
