We are seeking a skilled Finance Recruitment Assistant to join our team and play a key role in understanding our various clients' resourcing needs as well as sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the finance industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of finance roles across various sectors and will possess exceptional networking and candidate assessment skills. This individual will collaborate closely with the directors to develop effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Identify the potential for resourcing our prospective clients using our lead generation initiatives, assessing their needs in detail, and conducting an initial screening process.
Collaborate with directors to identify resourcing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
Source and attract top finance professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to determine suitability for finance roles.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies.
Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to attract top finance talent.
Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a finance recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment or recruitment agency.
Deep understanding of finance roles, including but not limited to accounting, financial analysis, investment banking, and corporate finance.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and interview strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
