Finance & Procurement Administrator

To support the company with finance admin tasks, non-stock purchases, and effective management of supplier & BBBEE master data for compliance with corporate governance.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

WesBank fleet card administration.
Company cellphone contract administration.
Non-stock purchases including stationery, refreshments, and services.
Onboarding of new suppliers.
Preparation of B-BBEE procurement reports.
Assist in the coordination and collection of BBBEE evidence for company certification.
Assists with Ad Hoc projects where required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Matric.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Business Management or Business Administration Diploma.
1 - 2 years' administration experience.

Competent in Microsoft Office package.
Independent self-starter with the ability to pay attention to detail.
Time management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving.
Organizing and planning.
Ability to work with confidential information.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Highly developed attention to detail.

Pay: R13000,00 - R13600,00 per month
