Sandton, South Africa | Posted on 16/01/2024We are on the hunt for a full-time Finance & Office Administrator with strong Debtors management experience, to join our young dynamic team of Stillmen.The ideal candidate should be able to acquire debts and pursue customers repeatedly via email, phone, and any other means necessary until payment is collected or until a harassment lawsuit is filed. Additionally, provide administrative assistance to the management team. Must have your own reliable transport. This is an in-office role.Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:Debt collection and reports for weekly meetingsSending client account statementsWork closely with external Bookkeepers & AccountantsLiaising with clientsResolving general client queriesFilingClient web services managementDiary management (Book and arrange appointment, schedules and itineraries)Weekly recons and reviewsGeneral office admin supportData-capturingProcessing of customer invoicesRequirementsSkills and Experience:Minimum 2 years of debtors experience required.A relevant tertiary qualificationClear communication skills – both written and verbal.
